产品定义 / Product Definition

以天然彩砂和MCM改性泥土为主原料，水性高分子聚合物改性剂，经温控造型+烘烤+辐照交联成型的可再生生态柔性建材。MCM（Modified Clay Material）软瓷颠覆了传统硬瓷砖烧结工艺，经400℃高温烧制将普通泥土锻造成具有弹性和柔韧特性的新型饰面材料。厚度仅2-4mm，重量约为瓷砖的1/6。品牌：LIMBER。

A renewable eco-friendly flexible building material made from natural colored sand and MCM modified clay with water-based polymer modifiers, formed through temperature-controlled shaping + baking + radiation crosslinking. MCM (Modified Clay Material) subverts traditional hard ceramic sintering: fired at 400°C to transform ordinary clay into elastic, flexible decorative material. Thickness 2-4mm, weight approx. 1/6 of ceramic tiles. Brand: LIMBER.
