01 · 材料与产品定位 / Material & Positioning

软瓷与 PU 石都以“替代天然石材的轻质饰面”为目标，但材料路线完全不同：软瓷是柔韧的薄片状无机复合饰面，PU 石是模具发泡成型的立体构件。先把两者分开，再按项目选型。

Both flexible soft porcelain and PU stone aim to replace natural stone with a lightweight facing, but their material routes differ: soft porcelain is a flexible thin inorganic composite, while PU stone is a moulded, foamed three-dimensional unit. Separate the two before selecting for a project.

使用边界：“轻”“柔”“耐候”“防水”都要落到厚度、基层、胶黏剂、气候和检测条件。外墙、高层、湿热或冻融地区应先做系统级兼容评估与现场样板，不能仅凭材料名称作工程结论。Use boundary: lightweight, flexible, weather-resistant and waterproof claims must be tied to thickness, substrate, adhesive, climate and test conditions. Exterior, high-rise, hot-humid or freeze-thaw projects need system compatibility review and an on-site mock-up.

03 · 生产工艺：低温成型与模具发泡 / Two Production Routes

软瓷（MCM 技术，资料称 30 余道工序）/ Soft porcelain (MCM, 30+ operations)

1. 原料分类混合 / Sorting & mixing：无机矿物原料分类后与聚合物体系混合。Sort inorganic minerals and blend with the polymer system.
2. 复合改性 / Compounding：通过改性使无机相与聚合物相容，形成可成型的柔性料。Modify and compound so the inorganic phase and polymer are compatible and formable.
3. 温控造型成型 / Temperature-controlled forming：在温控造型系统内成型，资料明确为低温成型、非高温烧结。Formed in a temperature-controlled line; the file states low-temperature forming, not high-temperature sintering.
4. 烘烤定型 / Baking & setting：定型并稳定尺寸。Bake and set to stabilise dimensions.
5. 辐照交联 / Radiation cross-linking：交联提高强度与耐久。Cross-link to raise strength and durability.
6. 表面保护涂层 / Surface coating：施加保护涂层，形成纹理与耐污表面。Apply the protective coating that forms the texture and stain-resistant surface.

资料称中低温成型能耗低、生产过程无“三废”、成品可回收，符合绿色建材方向。这些属于体系性描述，是否成立应以工厂体系文件、检测报告和实际工艺为准，不转写为对每个型号的保证。

The file states that low/medium-temperature forming saves energy, production generates no “three wastes” and the product is recyclable, aligning with green-building direction. These are system-level descriptions; verify against factory system documents, test reports and the actual process rather than treating them as a per-model guarantee.

下表保留产品档案中的全部软瓷配置：编号、品名、厚度、单位面积重量，以及 600×1200、1200×2400、1200×3000 三档尺寸是否在资料内列出。金额列已删除。“可选”表示资料内该规格有对应配置，“—”表示资料未列该规格；这不等于当前现货，也不构成全部规格均可供货的承诺。

The tables retain all documented soft-porcelain configurations: code, name, thickness, area weight and whether the 600×1200, 1200×2400 and 1200×3000 formats are listed. Price columns are removed. “可选 / Available” means the format is configured in the source; “—” means it is not listed. This is not a stock statement or a promise that every format can be supplied.

辅料 / Accessory：软瓷薄贴配套专用粘结剂（GR91，每桶 30 KG），按基层与系统要求使用；具体用量、桶数与价格以报价单为准。资料未提供其独立厚度 / 重量规格。

Accessory: soft porcelain thin-bed installation uses a dedicated adhesive (GR91, 30 kg per drum) according to the substrate and system; quantity and price follow the quotation. The source gives no separate thickness/weight spec for it.

表中厚度与单位面积重量为资料值，用于选型比较；实际偏差、批量色差与翘曲必须按抽样验收。GR12、GR33、GR34、GR65、GR80 等资料未附独立图样的条目，询价时请补图或按文字品名确认，避免仅凭编号下单。Thickness and area weights are reference values for comparison; actual deviation, shade and warpage require sampling. 下表保留产品档案中的全部 PU 石条目：编号、品名、尺寸、颜色工艺、箱规、毛重与装箱数。单价列已删除。颜色工艺是不同质感与价格档次，箱规 / 毛重 / 装箱数用于装柜核算；空白或“—”表示资料未提供该项，需按型号补确认。

The table retains all documented PU stone items: code, name, size, colour process, carton size, gross weight and packing count. The unit-price column is removed. Colour process denotes different texture/price tiers; carton size, gross weight and packing count support loading calculation. Blank or “—” means the source does not state it and it must be confirmed per model.

表内缺口：MST029 的尺寸、箱规、毛重与装箱数资料未列；MST036 毛重资料未列；部分大板为“连纹”，拼装时须注意左中右板的顺序与数量。上述条目均应向工厂补确认后再入报价与装柜表。Gaps: MST029 has no size, carton, gross weight or packing count; MST036 has no gross weight; several large panels are “continuous grain”, so left/centre/right sequence and quantity matter. Confirm these with the factory before quotation and loading plans.

06 · 选型：软瓷、PU 石与天然石材 / Selection: Soft Porcelain, PU Stone & Natural Stone

三者解决的是不同问题：软瓷适合需要轻薄、可弯曲、连续贴面的位置；PU 石适合需要立体石纹、单件成型、可切割造型的位置；天然石材适合对真实材质、耐磨和承重要求高且预算允许的位置。

The three solve different problems: soft porcelain suits thin, flexible, continuous facings; PU stone suits three-dimensional stone relief with unit forming and cutting; natural stone suits projects requiring genuine material, abrasion resistance and load capacity where budget allows.

软瓷尺寸与厚度怎么选 / Choosing size and thickness

• 600×1200 mm 适合常规墙面、柱体和需要灵活排版的位置，运输与施工更方便。600×1200 mm suits standard walls, columns and flexible layouts, easier to transport and install.
• 1200×2400 / 1200×3000 mm 适合大面积连续饰面，接缝更少，但对基层平整度和搬运条件要求更高；并非所有 GR 型号都有两档大板，须按上表确认。1200×2400 / 1200×3000 mm suit large continuous facings with fewer joints but demand flatter substrates and better handling; not every GR model offers both.
• 薄型（约 2.5–2.8 mm）更柔、更轻，适合翻新与曲面；厚型（约 3–11 mm）肌理更深、更立体，适合需要明显凹凸的立面。Thin types (~2.5–2.8 mm) are more flexible and lighter for renovation and curves; thicker types (~3–11 mm) give deeper relief.

PU 石颜色工艺怎么选 / Choosing PU colour process

• 覆膜：性价比较高，适合大面积走量与标准化项目；Film lamination: better value for large volumes and standardised projects.
• 模内漆：附着力更强、纹理更真，适合对质感要求高的背景墙与商业空间；In-mould paint: better adhesion and truer texture for premium feature walls and commercial spaces.
• 单色 / 渐变色 / 双面 / 灵壁系列：属于不同工艺与造型档次，按型号确认，不按色卡直接互换。Solid/gradient/double-sided/Lingbi series are different process tiers; confirm by model rather than swapping by swatch.

07 · 应用场景与系统条件 / Applications & System Conditions

系统边界：轻质、柔韧和耐候都必须对应厚度、基层、胶黏剂、气候和检测条件。外墙、高层、湿热或冻融地区应先做系统级兼容与现场样板；涉及防火、VOC、抗风、防水等级时，按最终型号与完整系统核验报告。System boundary: lightweight, flexible and weather-resistant claims must map to thickness, substrate, adhesive, climate and test conditions. Exterior, high-rise, hot-humid or freeze-thaw projects need system compatibility and an on-site mock-up; fire, VOC, wind and waterproofing must be verified against the final model and full system.

08 · 安装、配套与使用边界 / Installation, Accessories & Boundaries

配套清单：软瓷系统应列明软瓷板、专用粘结剂、底涂 / 罩面（如适用）、收边条与填缝材料；PU 石系统应列明构件、结构胶、固定件 / 挂件、补色材料与收边件。两份清单分别报价，不把辅料价格隐含在板材单价内。

Accessory schedule: the soft-porcelain system should list panels, dedicated adhesive, primer/topcoat where applicable, trims and jointing material; the PU stone system should list units, structural adhesive, fixings/hangers, colour-match material and trims. Price them separately rather than hiding accessories in a unit rate.

09 · 质量控制与文件核验 / QC & Evidence

资料里的 A 级防火、耐温范围、保色与“自洁”等表述属于材料定位，未逐型号附报告。对外沟通时应说明按具体型号提供现有检测与体系文件，并核对测试标准、结果、适用条件与报告编号。“抗菌”“自洁”“不褪色”等词在无报告时改为“以检测报告为准”。Class A fire, temperature range, colour retention and “self-cleaning” are positioning statements without per-model reports. State which documents exist for the actual model and check standard, result, conditions and report number. Replace antibacterial/self-cleaning/fade-free wording with “subject to test report” where no report exists.

10 · 包装、装运与核算 / Packing, Loading & Planning

软瓷较轻，资料按尺寸分三档木箱，出口另计木托费用；PU 石按表内箱规、毛重与装箱数核算装柜。金额与木箱单价从正文剔除，按下单时的报价口径执行。

Soft porcelain is light and uses three crate size classes by format, with export pallet charges separate; PU stone is loaded using the carton size, gross weight and packing count in the table. Money amounts and crate prices are removed and follow the quotation at order.

算例：PU 石 MST023（1200×600，覆膜）每箱 20 张、毛重 34 kg；若订 300 张，则 300÷20＝15 箱，毛重约 510 kg（不含托盘）。软瓷按木箱数量与体积核算，不套用 PU 石的毛重表。

Example: MST023 (1200×600, film) packs 20 pieces per carton at 34 kg gross; 300 pieces = 15 cartons, about 510 kg gross excluding pallet. Soft porcelain is calculated by crate count and volume, not by the PU gross-weight table.

装运边界：木箱费、木托费、柜型、限重与航线都会影响最终装载，资料木箱分档只用于估算。正式出运前应按每款箱数、净 / 毛重、托盘尺寸与总重重算，并写明目的港与贸易条款。Loading boundary: crate/pallet charges, container type, weight limits and route all affect the final load, and the crate classes are for estimation only. Recalculate cartons, net/gross weight, pallet size and total weight before shipment, and state port and Incoterm.
